President Li Xiaolin met with Mr. Ahn Hong joon, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs, Trade and Unification Committee of ROK National Assembly and his delegation at the CPAFFC on January 25, 2013.
President Li briefed Mr. Ahn Hong joon on the work of the CPAFFC and its exchanges with ROK. She extended her congratulations to Park Geun-hye on her victory at the ROK presidential election and expressed confidence for further development of China-ROK relations under Park Geun-hye’s leadership.
Mr. Ahn Hong joon highly appreciated the major role of the CPAFFC in pushing forward bilateral relations. He said that ROK always attached importance to developing relations with China and hoped for China’s constructive contributions to the settlement of DPRK’s nuclear issue.
Mr. Feng Zuoku, Vice President of the CPAFFC, attended the meeting.
