At the invitation of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States,Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), a CPAFFC delegation led by President Li Xiaolin visited Russia from March 20 to 22. The delegation attended the signing ceremony between China and Russia on humanitarian cooperation project held by the Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Golodec, in the government building of Russia.

Under the witness of both countries’Vice Premiers, President Li Xiaolin and Director Konstantion Kosachev officially signed the Agreement of Cooperation between The CPAFFC and The Rossotrudnichestvo. This agreement refers to facilitating the cooperation between the local governments, strengthening the exchanges between the youths and expanding the people-to-people pragmatic cooperation and humanity communication to consolidate the basis of public opinion for constant friendship of generations.

Before the signing ceremony, President Li Xiaolin specially met with Director Konstantion Kosachev. They exchanged the opinions and reached a consensus on the issues of how to carry out the mechanism of regularly meeting of local leaders announced by the leaders of the two countries and further strengthen the friendly contact of the youths which is attached great importance of the leaders of the two countries.
