On March 18th, CPAFFC President Li Xiaolin met with H.E. Andrey Denisov, the Russian Ambassador to China.

President Li briefed Ambassador Denisov about the recent status of the CPAFFC’s exchanges  with Russia, and emphasized on the progress of the preparation for Dialogue of China-Russia Governors, as well as other CPAFFC’s plans on the important events going to be held in this year.

Ambassador Denisov spoke highly of CPAFFC’s efforts on developing China-Russia people-to-people friendship and the local contact between the two countries. He said, the Russian Embassy in China would like to keep fluent communication with CPAFFC on Dialogue of China-Russia Governors and other correlative events, so as to jointly assure the events successfully held.

Mr. Tomikhin Evgeny, the Minister-Counsellor of Russian Embassy in China and Mr. Song Jingwu, Director General of Department of European and Asian Affairs of the CPAFFC were present at the meeting.
