On June 10, CPAFFC President Li Xiaolin met with VIP guests attending the Second China-Poland Forum on Local Cooperation.

Li welcomed the Polish friends coming from afar, and introduced the history and missions of CPAFFC, as well as the development of friendly cities and city diplomacy. Li hoped that practical projects on cooperation between Poland and China would come along with the forum.

Marcin Kubiak, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development expressed gratitude towards Li. He briefly introduced the economic performance of Poland, and regarded regional cooperation as an important part of China Poland Strategic Partnership. Poland highly values the exchange between cities and provinces of China and Poland, and cooperation have been conducted in fields of economy, education and science. Many Polish deputy ministers came to attend the forum and looked forward to deepened cooperation with Guangdong Province and other regions of China in trade and investment.

Vice Governor Zhao Yufang of Guangdong Province, Vice Preisdent Li Jianping of CPAFFC, Deputy Secretary General Wu Ken of Guangdong Provincial Government, President Sun Yuxi of China Poland Friendship Association, Ambassador of Poland to China Tadeusz Chomicki attended the meeting.
