On the 23rd of April, President Li Xiaolin met with Mr. Radikov, the first Deputy Director General of Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation.

President Li briefed about the related commemorative activities of CPAFFC related to the 70th Anniversary of the World Anti-Fascist War and Chinese People’s Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, as well as the work about exchanges between friendship cities and local governments. 

Mr. Radikov thanked President Li for sparing time out for the meeting. The two parts changed opinions on the friendship cities, youth, culture and education exchanges. He also expressed his willingness to promote jointly with CPAFFC the cooperation on exchanges between the friendship cities of the two countries.

Mr. Shen Xin, Deputy Director General, Mrs. Hu Chunmei, Executive Secretary of China-Russia Friendship Association and Mr. Konnov, Director of Russian Culture Centre in China attended the meeting.
