On September 19th, President Li Xiaolin met with Michael Zarcone, Executive Vice President of MetLife and his delegation.

President Li said, China-U.S. trade frictions do no good to both sides. We hope US companies continue to improve their business in China to meet our two peoples’ aspiration for a better life and strengthen China-U.S. mutually beneficial cooperation, so as to achieve win-win outcomes.

Michael said, MetLife has always attached great importance to its business in China, and believes U.S.-China trade and economic cooperation benefits the two peoples. He wished to strengthen cooperation with CPAFFC for promotion of people-to-people exchanges and economic cooperation between our two countries.
