Meeting with Guo Shengkun, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi 

In the morning of July 18, Li Xiaolin, the President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries attended and addressed the The 2012 Guangxi International Friendship Cities Conference. During the conference, President Li Xiaolin had a thorough discussion with Guo Shengkun, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on developing works of international friendship cities.
