The Chinese Ambassador in Germany Huang Guobin present at the concert

According to the content of the program of " Exchange Visits of the Chinese and German Youth musicians", at the invitation of the Rheinland-Pfalz Music Villa Foundation, the CPAFFC organized a seven-member  Chinese ethnic music band formed by youth musicians from Sichuan Conservatory of Music visited Germany and Poland from September 12 to 24, to popularize the Chinese traditional and ethnic culture.

The Chinese ethnic music band held seven concerts in Berlin, Mainz, Neuweid, Wroclaw. Huang Guobin，the minister counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Germany were present at the concert in Berlin. He highly praised the quality and effect of the concert, and suggested this activity should be included in series celebration activities of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany. The secretary of Rheinland-Pfalz state Wouter Schumacher, Countess Monica Von Beuys, the president of Germany-China Friendship Association in Rheinland-Pfalz were present at the concert in Mainz. The concerts were also held in church, hospital, school and residential communities, to make more people to understand the Chinese folk music which is one of the outstanding Chinese traditional cultural forms.
