On Nov. 4th, President Li Xiaolin met with Dr.Bhokin Bhalakula, new president of Thai-Chinese Culture and Economic Association, and his delegation.
Mme. Li Xiaolin happily recalled her visit to Thailand at the invitation of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in March this year. She expressed hope that the two associations could strengthen exchanges and enhance friendship between Chinese and Thai peoples.
Mme. Li Xiaolin briefly introduced the preparation for next year’s celebration marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of CPAFFC as well as CPAFFC’s work on local government exchanges.
Dr.Bhokin Bhalakula said, the relations between Thailand and China are in the process of all-round development. The Thai-Chinese Culture and Economic Association is pleased to promote economic, cultural, educational, military and sister city exchanges, and hopes to maintain close communication and pragmatic cooperation with CPAFFC.
Mr.Feng Zuoku, vice president of CPAFFC held a welcome luncheon for the delegation on the same day.
