On Nov. 5th, 2013, CPAFFC President Li Xiaolin attended the donating ceremony of the national gift The Embroidered Portrait of President Park Geun-Hye of Republic of Korea, presented by China Central News & Documentary Film Group (CCNDFG) and folk artist of Su embroidery.

This embroidered portrait is meticulously made by Chen Xuefen, a master of Su embroidery, who took three months to complete this artwork. The frame and back-plate of the portrait is made of precious gold-rimmed nanmu wood donated by Mr. Lin Zhongqing from the Suzhou Manjianghong Gold-rimmed Nanmu Museum. Profile of National Gifts filming crew of CCNDFG record the entire process of the production of the portrait, and will release it to the international society.

President Li Xiaolin praised the portrait for its delicacy, and requested Mr. Shin Bong-Sup, the ROK minister Counsellor to China, to pass the portrait to President Park Geun-Hye. Shin Bong-Sup admired the exquisite Chinese embroidery, and expressed that he would deliver the message to ROK as soon as possible.

Mr. Guo Benjing, Vice-President of CCNDFG and Li Xikui, Secretary-General of the CPAFFC were present at the ceremony.
